Amazing Romania, is a destination you must see it at list once in your lifetime. But we are convinced if you will come here once you will want to come back and explore it again and again, because has so much to offer, for every type of traveler. Beautiful Carpathian Mountains, interesting rivers, amazing castles and fortresses, medieval cities, wonderful villages and a lot of ancient traditions.

First day we discover the capital of Romania, city of Bucharest, the largest city in our country with more than 2.000.000 people. During our visit in the city you will see the historical center, a lot of museums, castles and important building, but the most impressive one will be the Palace of the Parliament or People House, famous worldwide due to its size, being the second largest administrative building in the world after The Pentagon from U.S.A.

Next day we start discovering the central part of the country, with the beautiful Prahova Valley, and a first stop to Sinaia, at one of the most beautiful royal summer residence from Europe: The Peles Castle, built here by Carol I.

Than we are heading to Brasov, the largest city located in the mountain resort area, surrounded by the Carpathian Mountains that seems to be watching over this treasure – city.

After Brasov we continue to another amazing and unique city: Sighisoara. The citadel of the city is part of UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1999.

In the central part of the country are located the most famous cities, another one, part of our tour is Sibiu, which was the European Cultural Capital in 2007. Not far from the city we’ll discover the Astra Museum – an outdoor traditional folk civilization museum.

Next we are heading to an underground experience in the Turda Salt Mine, one of the most visited tourist attraction in this area.

After this marvelous experience we are heading to Maramures, the land of traditions and customs that are steel alive in every corner of this amazing area. Here we will visit the prestigious wooden churches part of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

The Merry Cemetery from Sapanta, situated in the north part of Maramures region, it’s a unique tourist attraction not only in Romania, but in the entire world. You won’t see elsewhere this unique kind of attitude in front of the death.

Over 100 years ago here, in the north part of Romania, arrived the Steam Train named Mocanita, very popular today. On the Vaser valley, even after 100 years the old locomotive steel whistles the daily start of a new amazing journey, for those who are ready to discover the breathtaking landscapes of the Maramures National Park.

You think you saw everything about Romania by now, but it’s not true. We are heading to another mystic region: Bucovina and the amazing painted monasteries, also part of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Here we’ll enjoy a beautiful day admiring hundreds of years old paintings on the inside and outside walls. Colors that you’ll keep in your mind for a long time, and religious paintings you never seen before.

Another historical region is Moldavia: with the city of Iasi, the formal capital of Moldavia between 1564 – 1859; a beautiful city with palaces and cathedrals, amazing parks and the symbol of the city, the linden trees.

Our discovering trip is at the end, we are heading to Bucharest, but you have now a complete image of Romania, a lot of beautiful memories and places that you will want to explore again, and we will be here and waiting for you to come back with your friends and family, for those taste traditional dishes, breathtaking landscapes and unique experiences.
