Are you passionate about hunting? If yes, Transylvania is the best place where you can enjoy an entire day of hunting in green forests, near lakes or rivers surrounded by mountains, in idyllic places, where the nature is still wild and untouched by human.

Our hunting trip starts in the morning; we travel in the Carpathian Mountains to the area where we begin our lovely day.

Romania is a country with a very important flora and fauna, having the largest number of brown bears and lynxes in Europe, the last one being the national animal of Romania, but is also on the list of protected animals. Very interesting is that the relief of Romania divided equally into plains, hills and mountains that mean the species are very various.

Our options of hunting include the deer, these animals being extremely common in the country, from plains to mountain area and some of them can be very nice hunting trophies. Another common animal for hunting sessions is the European Hare; the population has to be hold under control all over the country.

Another trophy for the hunters is the wild boar, being of the species of wild hunting interest with the most pronounced ecological plasticity in Romania. Some of the wild boars can reach up to 250 kilograms and have long fangs between 22-25 centimeters.

But the animal, that a real hunter can be proud after a hunting trip is the brown bear, a real treasure for any hunter. The brown bears are solitary animals, weighing more than 300 kilograms sometimes and the population from Romania is half of the entire European population, excepting Russia.

Very interesting is the bird hunting. Geese and ducks are hunted especially in the wet areas with lakes, rivers or creeks, sometimes with hounds, trained to swim into the water and to recover the hunting.

Other birds that enter in the category of this trip are the little and noisy quails and the very beautiful pheasants.

After an experience that you will never forget, for sure one day you will come back to Romania, to try again your hunting skills on this land magic, wild and unique.
